Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of your order confirmation.
- Shipping Methods & Costs: We have a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping through the United States Postal Service in the US and its.territories.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your Monarch Matcha™ purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs).
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@homeofkandake.com within the 30-day window. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. Please affix the label to your unopened and unused product and return it to the address provided.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned product in its original, unopened condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for your purchase.
