1. Follow Steps 1 & 2: As above, measure, sift, and whisk the matcha with 4 oz of hot water to create a smooth concentrated matcha.
2. Nutty Goodness: Next, pour in your favorite warmed nut milk (almond, cashew, or coconut milk all work beautifully) – aim for around 6 oz. Steamed and frothed milk will create a creamier texture.
3. Sweeten to Taste: We love adding maple syrup or stevia but you can use any of your favorite sweeteners.

A Note on Milk:

While dairy milk can be used, nut milk is generally recommended for Monarch Matcha™ lattes. Dairy can slightly alter the taste and may reduce the bioavailability of some antioxidants.
