I love matcha! But as someone with FODMAP intolerances, I was nervous to try this as it has the trumella mushroom in it. Trumella was on the low fodmap list, but as someone with food intolerances trying new things is always really nerve wracking. So I gave it a go because the health benefits of this matcha are so amazing. I had no reaction! I cannot wait to have this daily! It is by far the smoothest and creamiest matcha I’ve had to date. No bitter flavor at all! It’s a wow! Love love love!
The goddess of matcha 🍵 This taste so much better than any matcha I have tried. It’s very smooth and delicious. I feel calm when I drink it. I make it with almond milk and a little organic maple syrup. I even bought clear mugs to enjoy the beautiful color for my eyes to enjoy along with the wonderful taste and smell.
