How to Enjoy Monarch Matcha™

For a cup of PURE MONARCH MATCHA™

• Heat approximately 6 oz. of water to around 150°F.
• Measure 1 rounded tsp of Monarch Matcha™.
• Sift into your cup to prevent clumps.
• Pour about 2 oz or less of hot water into the cup with the Monarch Matcha™.
• Whisk until a smooth paste forms.
• Gradually add the remaining hot water 4 oz while whisking continuously.
• Take a deep breath in and out.
• Enjoy the majesty.

MONARCH MATCHA™ LATTE:

• Heat approximately 5 oz. of water to around 150°F.
• Heat & froth approximately 5 oz. of plant milk*.
• Measure 1 rounded tsp of Monarch Matcha™ and sift into your cup to prevent clumps.
• Pour about 2 oz of hot water into the cup with the Monarch Matcha™.
• Whisk until a smooth paste forms.
• Gradually add the remaining 3 oz of hot water while whisking continuously.
• Add your favorite sweetener, such as maple syrup or stevia.
• Pour heated and frothed plant milk over Monarch Matcha and enjoy.

*A Note on Milk:
Nut or plant milk is recommended for a smoother taste and better antioxidant bioavailability. Feel free to adjust the matcha, water, and milk to your preference. Typically, use 1 rounded tsp matcha, 5 oz hot water, and 5 oz of nut or plant milk of choice.

Monarch Matcha™ Luxurious, Antioxidant-Infused Face Mask*:
• Mix one serving of Monarch Matcha™ with rose water, aloe water or honey to form a thin paste.
• Apply to face avoiding eye area and let dry for 15 minutes.
• Rinse with warm water and gently pat dry. Oil cleanse to remove completely and lock in hydration.
• Apply your organic moisturizer of choice.
